Status in gnome-shell package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
I use ubuntu19.04, "show applications" take about 2 ~ 3seconds to get result
in my computer.
I think it is too slow, I don't know whether there is a way to make it
faster, "show applications" is very frequent action.

I install deppin15.10 in my virtualbox, assin 2GB mem and 1 cpu
core.Deepin has almost the same feature , but deepin only take 0.5
  seconds to get result.
