Further to comment #3 I'm closing this as the bug report is
over 10 years old and there is no sample file/URL available that
exhibits the problem.

Bug description:
Binary package hint: rhythmbox
When rhythmbox is playing some ogg radio stream, it do not show artist name,
but only song name.
Totem player (2.26.1) display both artist and song name for the same stream
(http://netshow.play.cz:8000/danceradio64.ogg).
Ubuntu 9.04, both Rhythmbox 0.12.0 from Jaunty and 0.12.2 from Karmic
