to be a "regular" (non-security) bug.  I have unmarked it as a security
issue since this bug does not show evidence of allowing attackers to
cross privilege boundaries nor directly cause loss of data/privacy.

  Random Restart Crash

  Something with Spectre in the Kernel under the bug report (computer
  will just restart out of nowhere only thing lost is what hasnt been
  saved usual scenario boots up fine after restart)( i had this same
  issue with ubuntu 19 tried various graphics drivers)
