Responsive Design Mode Custom Devices No New Available

Bug description:
Just updated to the latest version and after the first launch of FF it
was possible to create new custom devices in the Responsive Design
Mode -> <Device> -> Edit List -> Modal dialogue.
Once the dialogue is closed and reopened again, no additional custom
devices can be added (only deleted) nor the existing one modified.
Smaller issue: the Modal dialogue does not resize properly resulting
in horizontal scrollbars, although not necessary as there is enough
space in the window view port left.
