Title:
no application selector when opening an undefined attachement

Status in thunderbird package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: thunderbird

Whatever the unknown mime type an attachement has, Thunderbird should provide
an application selector in order to:
  1. open the attachement for this time
  2. teach Thunderbird what it will use the next time for opening the
attachement.
