Can we get nodejs 10.19.0 in focal?
FTR, Debian unstable has 10.17.0~dfsg-2, whereas experimental has
12.13.1~dfsg-1.

Firefox trunk, to become version 75.0 in April 2020, has bumped its
nodejs requirement to 10.19

Firefox 75 Beta starts on March 9th.
