1 You can see ink levels with system-config-printer:
$ system-config-printer
2 In the "Printers -- localhost" window, click the printer of interest.
3 Click Printer > Properties > Ink/Toner Levels.
You can also access this page from the Settings application.
1 Click the top RH corner of the menu bar, then click the Tools icon
(crossed spanner and screwdriver).
2 In the Settings home window, click Devices > Printers > "Additional Printer
Settings".
The "Printers -- localhost" window appears.
3 In the previous procedure, continue at Step 2.
