Title:
[Aspire 6930G, Realtek ALC888, Mic, Internal] No sound at all

Status in alsa-driver package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
After running 'ubuntu-bug audio' for built-in speakers my speakers are
alive but when I suspend and waike up there are no sound again. My
built-in microfone doesen't work in Ubuntu. When I switch to Windows
then everything is OK. Doing a 'ubuntu-bug audio' for internal mike
test recording produces during playback only very loud whit noise.

  Info you need:
  1. Description: Ubuntu 12.04 LTS
  Release: 12.04
  2. marek@marek-Aspire-6930G:~$ apt-cache policy pkgname
N: Unable to locate package pkgname
From Software Center I located 'Sound Recorder'
  3. I expected that after booting my notebook I should be able to hear a
system sounds, get sound in SkyPe and VCL player, YouTube, etc. I have managed
to restore sound by running a 'ubuntu-bug audio' sound test but I have to do
it every time when I turn my notebook on. The built-in microfon doesn't work at
all. When I start Windows via grub all is OK. So that is no a hardare problem.
  4. Using 'Sound Recorder' I get only very loud whit noise during playback.
P.S. In Alsamixer (AlsaMixer v1.0.25) everything looks OK.
