Bug description:
No sound at all upon fresh (clean) installation of Ubuntu 12.04, both
pre- and post-updates. Sound worked on 11.10. No hardware changes
since, same speaker configuration on exactly the same audio jacks as
before. Again, this is on a clean install of 12.04.
