cambio de usuario sin sonido (change of user without sound)

Bug description:
Estando en el usuario 2, escuchando musica en paginas como youtube
anda perfecto alsa.
Cuando se cambia a usuario 1, se queda sin sonido.
La manera que tengo en Lubuntu 11.04 de iniciar el sonido es con el
comando,
$sudo alsa force-reload
