external speakers are quiet
Status in alsa-driver package in Ubuntu:
Fix Released
Bug description:
When I plug external speakers (powered with its own power supply) or
head phones through the jack socket I can hear no sound from my laptop
speakers nor the plugged speakers. What's going on? How can I solve
this on my machine? What configuration file to tinker with?
