Title:
  gnome shell takes 35% of cpu

Status in gnome-shell package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Problems started 10 days ago or so after update and restart of OS. Cpu
  load is 35 percent constantly after start of the system. No other
  process is started - I just login and that's it. I see cpu load. See
  attached file "Top".
