That tool only understands when the bug is assigned to 'xorg' but
technically going forward that's the wrong package. So I'll leave it
with 'xorg' until you successfully run that command...

  Dell l322x Touchpad click drag doesn't work

Status in xorg package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  I've upgraded (fresh installation) my OS from 14.04 to 18.04. And everything 
but the touchpad seems to work properly. 
  When i try to drag and drop something or selecting some text seems dead. I 
tried to do the same things with an external mouse and it works well.
