Bug description:
https://github.com/openstack/kolla-
ansible/tree/master/ansible/roles/vitrage/templates ， it only have
vitrage-ml ,vitrage-graph ,vitrage-api，vitrage-notifier. No vitrage-
persistor is can not store data in DB.
