Unfortunately that doesn't produce any output. I ran:
banshee --debug Then I connected the device. Banshee works for a few seconds until the ubuntu dialog "What do you want to do" flashes and then it becomes unresponsive. Then I run in a different terminal: killall -SIGHUP banshee That only outputs nothing: mschering@Intermesh-4:~$ killall -SIGHUP banshee mschering@Intermesh-4:~$ The other terminal: Device 0 (VID=04e8 and PID=6860) is a Samsung GT-P7510/Galaxy Tab 10.1.
