It looks like the offending caller might be:
https://github.com/mlutfy/hidetopbar/blob/master/intellihide.js#L93
so please try removing that hidetopbar extension.

Title:
gnome-shell crashed with SIGSEGV in st_theme_node_get_text_align()
from _st_set_text_from_style() from st_label_style_changed()
Status in gnome-shell package in Ubuntu:
Incomplete
Bug description:
https://errors.ubuntu.com/problem/6289ea5c593afc5b43d7c38e671ae741c8f66fcf
---
Seems to be happening when docking/undocking or when locking the
screen.
Ignore the LD_LIBRARY_PATH bit, it's just dqlite/raft dev libraries
for LXD, doesn't affect desktop.
