Sometime copying a text does not work. I did not find a way to reproduce
the bug every time but here is what I am doing.
It happened when I was copying some text from LibreOffice Writer to
PhpStorm. At the beginning copy/paste was working but after a moment
pasting was copying the text that was copied before the new copy. So I
had to double copy the same text to make it work.
The bug can be reproduced when you copy some text from Writer and paste
it in the same Writer page. You have to try to copy/paste several
texts/words until the bug appears. Usually it happens under ten
copy/paste.
