Can confirm in focal with version 3.36.1-1ubuntu1 when moving buttons to
left. Close button does appear when placed on the right.

Bug description:
When opening Disks in Gnome, there is no close button for the window.
Must use context menu from the icon in the dock to select 'Quit' to
close the window.
