I'm downloading at ~7-8 Mbit/s, and uploading at ~140 kbit/s (reported
by iftop, connection is limited to about 10 Mbit/s), yet gnome-system-
monitor shows me 15.6 Mbit/s download and 485 kbit/s upload speed.
I don't remember seeing this before focal.
