Public bug reported:

People reported choppy audio coming from me in my morning stand-up call.
I thought it might be an issue with our chat system, so I tried
recording a sound bite in Audacity both with and without my bluetooth
headset.

I got the same incredibly choppy sound in either case. I'll attach a
clip to the bug if I can so you can see what I mean.
