  sound output dont change

Status in pulseaudio package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Even with right output selected, the sound plays on the notebook
  output.

  I've tried restart the system, it dont change.  If i test the sound on
  the configs, i hear the sound right (on my phones).  But on spotify \
  chrome, the sound plays on notebook output.
