My problem is that whenever I go fullscreen in Firefox (F11) or clicking
in Youtube Fullscreen icon, after some 5 seconds or so, the dock starts
showing and hiding itself really quick. I see a decrease in performance.
I have a 4k display, and I use fractional scaling.
Pointer is not near the dock.
Dock is set to auto hide.
Firefox Developer Edition 75.

I am creating a new bug for gnome-shell as several users experience
the dock to be ontop
My case the dock stays ontop of Xscreensaver, but only at random times
