Cannot open gear icon of an input source in Region & Language

Bug description:
Using the Ubuntu 20.04 Focal Fossa Beta version.
Using the gnome-control-center version 1:3.36.1-1ubuntu4
What should happen: Clicking on the gear icon of an input source in
the Input Sources section in Region & Language should open the
respective settings menu.
What happened: Clicking on the gear icon does nothing.
