This is exactly is the problem. And it's happening both in guest and the host when the virt-manager window is opened. You can notice that very soon when you keep a virt-manager window opened and start for example coding in the host. After a few Ctrl+x / Ctrl+v you realize that your clipboard is broken and you need to close virt-manager (workaround is to close virt-manager but then you can't use the VM...). I didn't notice the problem in Ubuntu 20.04 (GNOME) as host. At this moment I'm running Kubuntu 20.04 (KDE Plasma) as the host and I'm noticing the clipboard issues with both Kubuntu (Plasma) and Ubuntu (GNOME) guests. @Christian: Thank you very much Christian for triaging and testing ;-). @Desktop: Big shout-out to your team and to the new team lead @Wimpy. Please let me know if you have any questions ;-). I installed Kubuntu 20.04 and virt-manager as I did many times on Ubuntu 18.04. Unfortunatelly when I run a VM (QEMU-KVM, libvirt, libspice-server1 and spice-vdagent) with another Kubuntu 20.04 guest or with Ubuntu 20.04 guest then clipboard doesn't work right. To test it, please install Kubuntu 20.04 and then install Kubuntu / Ubuntu 20.04 as VM (guest). Open some simple text editor and start Ctrl + C and Ctrl + V plain text. 90% of time it will work and 10% of time it won't.
