Title:
  Ubuntu Settings app on doesn't collapse to hanheld size

Status in gnome-control-center package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Ubuntu Settings app is supposed to collapse the sidebar when scaling the down 
the window on the x axis.
  On Ubuntu 20.04 that seems to be broken.

  I've attached the image describing the issue.
