Ooooh, sorry... I was coming from duplicate #1864307, which the patch above solves, but I am not sure if this particular issue is solved as well... So, I don't think #1864307 is a duplicate bug of this, I think those two are separate issues (https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-software/-/issues/918 and https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-software/issues/929 respectively) Sorry for the noise, I'll unlink those issue reports.
