trigger it again?
Could youa dd your 'journalctl -b 0' log after getting the issue (and
note the time where the bug happened to help reading the log)
The report also shows you have some extensions activated, could you try
without those? especially windowIsReady_Remover is logging some errors

Gnome shell x11 freez after waking from off-locked-screen

Bug description:
using driver nvidia-440. I had a few apps open, transfering large
files as well, went away, screen got turned off after 15
min(intended), screen got locked auto after further 5 min(intended set
by user), then when waking off screen up after all this, nothing
appears, the screen is black and frozen.
