Bug description:
  18.04 Ubuntu MATE upgraded to 20.04 Ubuntu MATE on 2 March 2020.

  T430N

  Upgrade competes and reboots. Upon reboot login screen appears and
  there is no prompt to login using fingerprint scanner.

  After login using password the user needs to:

  run fprintd-enroll and fingerprints are enrolled.

  On logout/reboot login using fingerprint scanner is available.
