Wrong screen offset dual monitors

Bug description:
When I change screen position in gnome-settings, or reboot computer screens
overlap.
I have 2 monitors 1920x1080 @ 120Hz and 1280x1024@60 rotated to right. I use
nvidia drivers 440.64, if I change the offset there, the problem is resolved.
