@roland, you report the bug against xorg and apport collected the logs
for that package, the bug got reassign to another component so the
purpose of using the command again was to send the log for the new
component, closing though according to your request

Just installed Ubuntu 20.04 yesterday.
1) The settings let me configure a scale for each display.
Unfortunately that doesn't work. I use one 4K and one 1440p display.
2) I can pan around my display, and sometimes the cursor cannot go
into the upper half of my display.
