Public bug reported:
I am running Ubuntu MATE 18.04.4 LTS (bionic), but my guess is that this
issue applies to the base Ubuntu too.
I noticed that deja-dup-monitor is running even though I never used any
backup tool.
There is a configuration tool called "Backups", but everything is
disabled there.
I would like to keep Linux lean and mean. Is there any reason why such a
background process needs to run?
** Affects: duplicity (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
