Yes.

The bug was particularly restrictive. Am a practitioner of the
scientific method. If reproduce once, should be able to reproduce again,
preferably some one else should be able to reproduce the issue. Was able
to locate and re-install that version a described at
https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=1074658#c20
however was not able to reproduce the issue described. During trying to
reproduce that bug found that setting --disable-sync crashed and closed
the browser.

Since at least that version DevTools does not open, and random pages
still crash. Went back to stable for a few days just for usage of
console, very useful compared to creating HTML to display messages or
using alert().

Will probably dive back in to dev channel again in a few days, though
the issues are now compounding.
