Public bug reported:
In Ubuntu 19.10 and earlier, the pop-up window asking for the password
when connecting to a wifi network always popped up in the foreground.
Now on Ubuntu 20.04, it remains hidden behind other windows. When
running multiple virtual screens it can be quite hard to find. Indeed,
it's not even clear that the wifi connection needs a password. It just
seems that the machine is unable to connect to the wifi network. 20.04
should behave like previous versions, and always pop up the wifi
password in the middle of the current virtual desktop, on top of other
windows.
The desktop environment I'm using is Unity. I'm not sure whether this
makes a difference.
My apologies if I've files this bug against the wrong package. Feel free
to re-assign it if I have.
