Bug description:
After playing several tracks in Rhythmbox, the app will say that it's
beginning the next track, but freeze. It shows the red circle with
the white minus (-) sign and if you go to the track's info it says
under the "Comment" box that it "Failed to link new stream into
GStreamer pipeline".
