Bug description:
Since I installed Ubuntu 11.10, the micro input hasn't worked.
I've tried with different micros, and also changing the input volume, but the
volume level bar never show more than one "intensity level" (and, of course, I
haven't been able to record any sound).
I had the same problem with Ubuntu 11.04.
