[G41MT-S2P, VIA VT2020, Green Headphone Out, Front] No sound at all

Bug description:
No sound in front panel audio out.
In front panel there is two plugs, one "in" for a michophone
(working), one "out" for a headphone... I am totally sure which this
front panel is connected to the motherboard, becouse in other
partition i got a windows 7 installed and is working on that plataform
(i/o works on windows) . Looks like a config fail from alsa, i try a
"dpkg-reconfigure --force alsa-base" but i can't fix it.
The back panel (in/out) is working fine.
