  lenovo n585 microphone does not work

Status in alsa-driver package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  Microphones (internal or external via combo jack) do not work on
  ubuntu 12-04 and Lenovo ideapad N585

  In sound settings the noise meter never moves . same in google chat
  microphone test
