Bug description:
When listening to music or watching videos if I adjust the volume or
change the position of the playback (fast forward or reverse) the
auduio eventually start crackling and blipping. I found that I have
close the program that is currently playing the media and sometimes I
have to open a different type of media for the audio to go back to
normal then I can return to whatever I was listening to or watching.
