In the last week or two my speakers stopped showing up in the sound
settings output section. This has happened before but I used to just
plugin headphones and the unplug the headphones a few times and then
the speakers would start working again. Now nothing I do will get my
speakers working again.
I tried the solution to bug 946232 but that did not work.
