Bug description:
My usb sound card does not work at start-up. To make it work I have to
un-plug and re-plug the card.
Weird thing, I hear the ubuntu noise when the startup is finished and the
login screen appears, but when logged in in tthe sound interface output is set
to "dummy audio".
In dmesg I got log of these :
