Public bug reported:
If files from folder A are moved (CTRL+X, CTRL+V) to folder B which
contains a file named the same as a file in A, selecting "Apply this
action to all files and folders", when prompted about the conflict, and
pressing skip will then only copy the files to the new location. No
files actually get deleted from the previous location.
