Please run:
gsettings list-recursively org.gnome.desktop.a11y.keyboard
and then paste the output here. I am wondering if you have "sticky keys"
enabled.

Title:
Super key is logically stuck down
Status in gnome-shell package in Ubuntu:
Incomplete
Status in mutter package in Ubuntu:
Incomplete
Bug description:
There are shortcuts like 'Super + P' to change the display mode or
'Super + l' to go to login screen. However, after i upgraded ubuntu
18.04 to 20.04, if i press P or l or any other character which there
is a 'super + key' for it, it's does the same thing. It's like the
super key is always on!
My keyboard works fine in Unity so it's not a hardware problem.
GNOME Shell 3.36.1
Ubuntu 20.04 LTS
