Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* debian/control: Build-Depends on the versioned python binary
* debian/patches/vapi-skip-properties.patch:
- Disable properties that fail to build on newer versions of Vala and aren't
required
* Drop dependency on python and python3; package should not depend on
python just because it provides python bindings.
* debian/patches/build_no_werror.patch
- Don't build with Werror, it makes the build fail on some glib
deprecations (lp: #1843730)
Both of the patch files were incorporated into Debian. They dropped Python 2
support, so the versioned build dependency is no longer relevant. They also
dropped the hardcoded dependencies on python/python3 for gir1.2-dee-1.0.
