gnome-shell crashes with SEGV in gvc_mixer_card_get_profile() from
gvc_mixer_ui_device_get_active_profile() when Bluetooth headphone
(Sony WH-1000XM3) is disconnected

Bug description:
- Connect bluetooth headphone to ubuntu 20.04 laptop.
- Disconnect (using blueman or switching off headphone)
- gnome-shell crashes. It restarts under X11, and goes to login screen under
Wayland.
- Was working fine in ubuntu 19.10
- Same as https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-
shell/+bug/1879044 -- I am submitting a new bug to provide additional
crash information, as requested.
The cause maybe not gnome-shell itself, but this where it manifests.
