Seems the issue only occurs at low resolution. It's also unclear if the problem is specific to ubuntu-dock like some of our other overview bugs are. When I disabled ubuntu-dock the bug stopped happening. But when I re-enabled it the bug also stopped happening.

But the page will not be switched. The daily build around at Apr 17 of Ubuntu 20.04 works well. (I removed the daily builds from that time, So I can't reconfirm the newer daily build. But I think I didn't experience such issue.)
