Hi @hui.wang, thanks for your interest. AFAIU, the bug I report is the opposite of #1876065. In my case, it always works when I plug in the headphones after unplugging them. The reported bug very looks like https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/alsa-driver/+bug/1442428 which was, I presume, caused by another root cause as it has been fixed.
