Hi @hui.wang, thanks for your interest. AFAIU, the bug I report is the opposite
of #1876065. In my case, it always works when I plug in the headphones after
unplugging them.
The reported bug very looks like
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/alsa-driver/+bug/1442428 which was, I
presume, caused by another root cause as it has been fixed.

Title:
[Precision 5530, Realtek ALC3266] No sound after reboot until
headphones are unplugged and plugged back in

Status in alsa-driver package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
Looks like a frequent problem that hits my system : I have no sound on my
headphones after I reboot my laptop until I unplug and plug back in the
headphones.
I *may* have sound through the PC speaker. I used to have none, but today
sound came out of it. As I have upgraded to 20.04 and have done some
modifications in config files some time ago with 19.xx, I'm unsure this is
reliable information.
I've tried to apply some solutions found here or there, without success.
