3) What is expected to happen in Writer via a terminal:
cd ~/Desktop && wget
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libreoffice/+bug/1192599/+attachment/3707409/+files/lorem_ipsum.odt
&& lowriter --nologo lorem_ipsum.odt
is when one clicks View -> Zoom -> Fit width and height -> OK click
the text, then click the picture, the zoom does not change.
4) What happens instead is it does. All other zoom modes don't exhibit
this behavior.
