Public bug reported: I am not sure about what is the default in my problem but when i connect my TERRATEC AUREON 7.1 I get after a fresh install this very bad sound crackles during playback and also some kind of weard echo like it seems to be a record line directly to the play output connected_
I have been working around it since a week or so and al of the possibilities i tried didn't workout for me it seems to be a driver problem in alsa because i don't get better sound in any case than this crackling screeching and also some kind of echo noise overlayed above the sound on ANY output or INPUT very annoying because in windows this asio driver card played well butI really need ubuntu for some things. although with a better sound card quality than nowadays it seems to be can people be generous here and try to speed up the solution because I really need to sing and make records on the system. I can delay them but not very long time...
