Terminal window flickers when I hover another window over it,
especially a window that appeared because of a terminal command

Bug description:
When I ran ubuntu-bug, and the ubuntu-bug window appeared, I noticed
the ubuntu terminal window flickering between a white filter on it,
and the terminal's normal appearance.
This happens whenever I run "ubuntu-bug" and the window asking me for
more information appears.
The bug is with terminal, or xorg on Terminal.
