Screen flickering

Bug description:
To whom it may concern,
As stated I have screen flickerings (see lightning like flickering on photo
attached for portrait screen, for horizontal screen I also have screen
flickering on the upper part but hard to catch in a photo) on freshly installed
Ubuntu 20.04 LTS.
I have tried this:

without success. I have also seen some other people mentioning screen
flickering on ubuntu 20.04 here:

without solution.
I also know that it is very unlikely hardware problem because my screens were
displaying well on archlinux. I think my graphic card info are already included
in the report but just in case: Intel Corporation UHD Graphics 630. Might be
intel driver problems ?
